Monthly Virtual Restorative Class

Restorative Yoga

Our Restorative Yoga classes are designed to help you slow down, relax, and restore your body and mind. You'll move through a series of gentle, supported poses that will help you release tension and find deep relaxation.  You'll relax with props, guided meditation, inspirational readings, breathing techniques, and deep relaxation.


Some of the awesome benefits:

Last Wednesday of every month, 4-5 pm, PST

Props needed:

Yoga mat

2-3 Mexican blankets or thick bath or beach towels

Yoga bolster or 3 standard pillows

2 yoga blocks or small pillows

Sturdy chair or a small wall space or door (to put legs up on)

Optional: peaceful background music, eye pillow, socks as temperature will drop


Pricing:

$18 for monthly autopay, cancel or pause anytime
