This class will help you have a strong and flexible spine, feel ease in your joints, and improve your balance. It features breath-centered movements adapted for all levels. Each class includes movements/postures, breathing exercises, and meditation woven together for an integrated experience. We will move at a slow pace allowing for modifications and adjustments. You will need a yoga mat, Mexican blanket or a thick towel, yoga blocks, and a strap. Sometimes, we will use a sturdy chair or wall.

This can hinder the ability to do everyday activities, cope and recover from an illness or injury, and can lead to dangerous falls. In this class, we will strengthen our body, improve our balance, develop core strength, and increase our mobility while having FUN!!
You will need a sturdy chair, hand-held weights, resistance band or tube, and a small, inflated ball. You can substitute with things around the house such as water bottles, folded towels, etc. if you don't have all the equipment.
